The brief
The business depends on tracking staff and operational tasks accurately across many managed buildings. Off-the-shelf tools didn’t fit the way the team works, and with the work spread across spreadsheets and inboxes it was hard to see who was doing what, and where.
The approach
Software a business relies on every day has different priorities from a marketing site. Reliability, clear permissions and data the team can trust came first. Once those were in place, we fitted the interface closely to how the team already worked, so adopting it didn’t mean retraining anyone.
The result
Launched in June 2026, the platform is now part of the client’s daily operations. The team works from one source of truth instead of scattered records, and new requirements get built in as the business changes rather than worked around.
