We meet before the payment date so you can tell us whether you’re going ahead. If you are, you pay once: the build and your first year of care. The code becomes yours, documented so any developer could pick it up.

Your data can be exported at any time. Once you’ve paid, the code is yours, documented so another developer could take it on.

A subscription is the product: stop paying and it’s gone. Here you own the software, and the care plan is aftercare on something that’s already yours. It’s also a flat fee, so taking on your sixth person doesn’t change the price.
You tell us at the decision meeting and access ends on the payment date. You’ve paid nothing, your current system has been running the whole time, and you can export everything you entered during the trial.
New features beyond the agreed workflows are quoted separately, and care plan clients go to the front of the queue. Bulk content entry and integrations outside the agreed scope are also quoted separately. Third-party costs beyond normal usage, such as extra licences, are passed on at cost.
