The brief

Grosvenor was launching Flex by Grosvenor with a marketing campaign and needed a site that explained what Flex is and captured interest. It was always meant as a stopgap, live for the campaign until Flex could move into Grosvenor's main website. The project came through our relationship with Arterial Group, which works with Grosvenor, and we then worked with Grosvenor directly.

The approach

With about a month until the campaign went live, we started from a premium Webflow template and adapted it, adding custom components where the campaign needed them. That kept the build fast without lowering the finish.

The result

flexbygrosvenor.com launched with the campaign in 2023. The Flex content has since moved into Grosvenor's main site, as planned.

How the site works

Cue 01

Spaces in the CMS

Every space lives in Webflow's CMS, so Grosvenor's team can add and update listings themselves.

Cue 02

Filter by location and type

Visitors narrow the spaces down by location and rental type.

Enquiries into HubSpot

HubSpot forms send each enquiry into Grosvenor's CRM, ready for the team to follow up.
