The brief
Corning wanted to show how its glass and optics have shaped aerospace and defence, from space telescopes to the deep sea. NXT Level Studio designed the experience, produced the 3D visuals and managed the client relationship. We built it.
The approach
Like all our work for Corning, the site teaches through story. Visitors move through Space, Air, Sea and Land, each a timeline of Corning milestones. We created depth by layering images and animating each layer as you scroll, with GSAP driving the motion.

Quality without the weight
Protect the renders
NXT Level's renders and 3D assets are the reason the site exists, so they couldn't be squashed to hit a page-weight target. The work was keeping them sharp while the site stayed fast.

The site also had to run inside WeChat's in-app browser for audiences in China.
